Changlongshan Pumped Storage Power Station
Changlongshan Pumped Storage Power Station, located in Anji county, has a total installed capacity of 2.1 GW and six 350 MW pumped storage units.
The station has made significant contributions to peak dispatching and frequency and phase modulation of the power grid network in East China. It has successfully supplied over 1.3 TWh of power during peak periods of electricity consumption.
It has played a pivotal role in enhancing the power regulation capacity of power grids and optimizing the power supply structure in the eastern regions of China. Additionally, it has contributed to the development of new energy and the construction of a new power system.
The power station commenced construction in Anji county, Huzhou in February 2017, and its first power unit became operational in June 2021.
